Stance Inc. (Stance) warrants solely to those consumer purchasers (“purchasers”) who, for their own use or use by another consumer end user, purchase the Stance® branded products (“Products”) directly from an authorized seller (“Authorized Seller”) that the Products manufactured by Stance are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers normal use only of the Products. Stance will not assume responsibility for any failure of the Products incurred by misuse, abuse, neglect or exposure to a substance or an environment that degrades the Products. Normal wear of the Products is not considered to be a defect in material and workmanship.
Products considered to be defective must be returned to the Authorized Seller from which the Products were originally purchased or issued with the original purchase receipt or issuer’s invoice record. Our policy is to honor Product warranties only on Products purchased from an Authorized Seller of Stance® Products and only when accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase. If Products are purchased from an unauthorized seller this limited warranty will not be valid.
Defective Products will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Stance. Any replacement will be for the same style and size of the returned defective Products.
This is a limited warranty. The obligations set forth in the preceding paragraphs are Stance’s sole obligation and the purchaser’s exclusive remedy. Stance makes no other express warranty. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose that may be applicable to the Products is limited in duration to the duration of this limited warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Stance shall not be liable for any direct, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages even if it has been advised of possibility of such damages. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This limited warranty shall be governed by, and construed and interpreted in accordance with, the local laws of the State of California (without application of its conflicts of laws principles), except only to the extent replaced or precluded by other law of mandatory application. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

Here's how it works:
- You have 90 days from date of purchase to receive a refund for your underwear, socks, bralettes, intimates, or t-shirts if you don't like them.
- Take a photo of the product that you weren’t stoked on and email the photo to our KPS team at [email protected] within 90 days of your purchase.
- Along with the photo, include the product name, your name, your email, and reason for requesting a refund.
- You will receive a confirmation email from KPS notifying you that your refund has been processed and you will receive a refund to the original form of payment within 7-10 days (depending on your bank).

We are not responsible for damage as a result of tag removal and cannot replace any socks, underwear, or t-shirts with this issue. Please be careful when removing the tags.
T-Shirts: We recommend washing in cold water on gentle cycle. Do not bleach or add fabric conditioner. Wash dark colors separately. Tumble dry low. Use a cool iron, and do not iron print. Do not dry-clean.
Socks: We recommend washing your socks on delicate, inside out, with like colors. We also recommend trying to keep your socks out of the dryer to protect the delicate fibers of the sock. We use premium materials and the heat from the dryer can damage these fibers and prevent the socks from lasting as long as possible.
Underwear: We recommend washing your Stance underwear on delicate, in cold water and with like colors. Line dry or tumble dry low.
*Do not iron the underwear or dry them on high. The heat can damage the delicate fibers. This will affect the feel and will prevent the underwear from lasting as long as possible.
Stance is not responsible for any damage as a result of ironing, dryers, or improper washing.
We sometimes re-stock popular styles that sell out quickly. The majority of items that sell out are replaced with the new styles from upcoming seasons.
We are unable to discount on our website due to agreements we have with our retailers. We do offer promotions from time to time, so sign up for our newsletter so you can be the first to know! Some exclusions apply. Discount code does not apply to sale items, packs, gift cards or subscription.

INFIKNIT is Stance’s proprietary fiber blend that delivers our most durable fabric to date. Products with INFIKNIT will last at least 5x longer than products without it.
The nylon used in INFIKNIT has a higher filament count which is a dense, more compact nylon yarn that gives it higher tensile strength. The extrusion process of our Infiknit nylon adds a substantial level of texture to the nylon that cannot be seen by the naked eye but increases abrasion resistance significantly.
We’ve added INFIKNIT into areas that experience the most friction. For casual products, it’s in the heel and the toe. For performance products, it’s in the heel, toe
and forefoot and sometimes the ankle.
How can I tell a sock has Infiknit?
Areas with INFIKNIT will have a distinguishable contrasting twist, so you will be able to see this in the sock. In addition, we’ve added the logo to the inside of the

A KPS (Keeping People Stoked) representative will review your claim and respond as soon as possible. If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement pair in the same style with free standard shipping. If the style is no longer available, we will offer a pair of your choice of equal value. Orders are typically processed within one business day. USPS/UPS delivers within 3-8 business days after taking possession of the package, depending on your proximity to our distribution center in West Valley City, UT.
2-Business Day Shipping
Orders take one business day to process. UPS 2- business day usually delivers within two business days after taking possession of the package. However, Hawaii and Alaska require additional transit time. We prioritize 2-business day orders for same day processing if placed by 10 am PST. Our 2-day option does not include weekends. (Ex: A 2- business day order placed on a Friday before 10am PST will ship on Friday and arrive the following Tuesday).
Next Business Day
Orders take one business day to process. UPS Next Business Day delivers within one business day after taking possession of the package. However, Hawaii and Alaska require additional transit time. We prioritize next business day orders for same day processing if placed by 10 am PST. Our overnight option does not include weekends. (Ex: An overnight order that ships on Friday will arrive the following Monday).
Yes, you can ship to an APO/FPO. However, economy shipping is the only option that can deliver to these locations.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a USPS Ground tracking number when your shipment leaves our warehouse. You can reference your in-transit shipment or previous shipments and their tracking numbers from within your account and subscription shipment history here: Shipment History.
At this time, we do not accept returns on Subscription products.
You may cancel at any time from within your Stance account by visiting Subscription Details, then proceeding to Manage Subscription Account. However, if you’re not stoked on a subscription items at any time, you have the option to skip a shipment and avoid being charged. You may skip as many times as you like.
At this time we only offer subscriptions and gift subscriptions to US customers.
You may skip a shipment at any time from within your Stance account by visiting Subscription Details, then proceeding to Manage Subscription Account. You can skip as many times as you like.
You may update your subscription billing, shipping and style preferences at any time from within your Stance account by visiting Subscription Details, then proceeding to Manage Subscription Account.
You will be notified by email if there is an issue with your card. You will also be prompted with a notification the next time you visit your Stance account.
You are charged at the time you confirm your shipment, or at the end of your pick window, when Stance makes the selection for you.
Unfortunately you may not cancel a subscription shipment once the order is confirmed.
If any of your chosen items become out of stock after you've confirmed your shipment, the system will only bill for the products that successfully shipped.
Unfortunately no, once you confirm your shipment you won't be able to change your selection for that month.
Based on your subscription type (monthly or quarterly) you’ll be notified with an email when your pick window has opened. You will have five days from that day to make a selection. If you do not specifically make a selection, we will pick for you based on your preferences and order history.
We offer a monthly or quarterly subscription for socks or underwear. Once you sign up, you'll provide a few insights into your style preferences. We use these preferences to make personalized picks for your shipments. Based on your subscription type (monthly or quarterly), you will receive an email notifying you that your five-day pick window has opened. Within those five days, you have four options:
- You can confirm our recommendations right away and have those products ship to you;
- You can decide to choose your own styles for all or a portion of your shipment;
- You can choose to skip that month's shipment (you can skip as many times as you like), or;
- You can choose to do nothing and we will ship you our personalized selection.

We're Happy to Meet You!
Welcome to Stance Subscription! Stance Subscription is a subscription-based program operated by Stance. Our website is located at www.stance.com (our "Site”). Your subscription purchases made through this Site are governed by these terms, our general terms of use, located here, and our privacy policy, located here.
We make awesome socks and underwear and we’d like to send some your way on a regular basis (monthly or quarterly). Let’s start by having you review the terms contained in this document. Here goes:
You must be at least 18 years old to become a member, purchase products from this Site or engage in any Stance Subscription programs. You have to live in the U.S. Sorry, we don't ship outside the United States (or to Puerto Rico), but check back often; things change. By using this Site, enrolling as a member of our Stance Subscription program, and/or purchasing items through the program, you are agreeing to these terms (including automatic renewal of your subscription). Please review the terms in here so you can understand your options and obligations.
How You Subscribe
To become a Stance Subscription member, simply click any of the "Subscription" buttons located throughout the Site. You will be asked to submit your name and email address, provide your corresponding billing and shipping information, and you will be prompted to select a particular sock or underwear subscription package and frequency (monthly or quarterly). Once you've successfully purchased your subscription on stance.com, you will be able to pick your first shipment.
The date that you purchase your subscription is the date each month or quarter (depending on your frequency) that your "Customization Period" begins, and the period lasts five days. During the "Customization Period," you can choose the product(s) you want for that shipment. If no product(s) have been selected by the close of your "Customization Period" at 11:59 pm GMT, then the system will select for you. Your shipment will be processed and sent 24 hours after you either confirm your shipment or your "Customization Period" closes and the system picks and confirms for you.
Also, you can cancel at any time by clicking on the "cancel" button located on your Subscription Manage page within your account on stance.com. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your ship date, your cancellation will be effective the following month.
How to Customize Your Order
Each shipment period, you will receive an email letting you know you have 5 days to select your products. We’ll send you the choices for that subscription period and you can have at it! If you get busy, or want us to do the picking for you, just ignore the email and after the customization period is over, your shipment will be on its way to you. Lucky you!
During the customization window, you can also skip a delivery, update your billing and shipping information, or even cancel your subscription, keeping in mind that if you suspend or cancel less than 48 hours before your customization window closes, your cancellation or suspension will be effective during the next period.
Here's what you can't do:
- Change the method of shipping. Subscription shipments are shipped via USPS Ground.
- We cannot expedite your order, slow it down, or move it to carrier pigeon.
- Order more items than are available in your particular subscription. But here's the good news: if you want more product than you signed up for, you can always purchase a bigger subscription or place a separate order on stance.com.
- Use promo codes or discount codes. Sorry, discounts and promotions are only available for individual product purchases.
- Avoid sales tax, if it is required in your state.
Gifting a Subscription
You can gift your favorite person a subscription plan. If you’d like to send a gift subscription to a deserving friend or family member, please complete the gift subscription information located on the site.
Gift Subscriptions may be purchased for three months, six months, or a year. Once you select the recipient, you’ll be prompted to provide an email address for your recipient. Your gift recipient will receive a notification from Stance that you have given them a Stance Subscription. They will have thirty (30) days to complete the shipping information, which activates the Gift Subscription. If we don’t hear from them, we’ll send them another communication after 30 days. If we still don’t hear from them, you’ll hear from our team to give you some options. Sorry, no refunds on gift subscriptions.
Gift Subscriptions work a little differently than regular subscriptions, though, so please note the following distinctions:
- Pre-packaged subscriptions only. Sorry, at this time, we don't offer quarterly gift subscriptions and gift subscriptions are for a defined period of time. Gift subscriptions ship on a monthly basis.
- You can reassign your gift subscription if your recipient does not activate it within 60 days, but the recipient cannot reassign the gift subscription to someone else.
- Once your recipient has activated the gift subscription, it cannot be reassigned to another person.
- During or before the customization window, a recipient may suspend a shipment, which will extend the gift subscription. If your recipient cancels the subscription, there will be no refunds.
- Promo codes and discounts are not available for gift subscriptions or personal subscriptions.
- Gift Subscriptions do not automatically renew.
Your Subscription Renews Automatically!
Except for gift subscriptions, which do not automatically renew, unless you notify us 48 hours before your renewal date that you wish to cancel your subscription, or elect to skip a month by pressing the skip a shipment button, your membership will automatically renew on your assigned renewal date. As a member, you authorize us (without notice to you, unless required by applicable law) to charge the price of one product shipment as identified by you when you created your subscription, plus applicable taxes, using the debit/credit card we have on file for you. From time to time, we may change the price associated with certain subscriptions during the term of your membership. If that happens, we will notify you in advance, using the email address you provided us.
Our Shipping Information
We ship USPS Ground. If USPS Ground is not available to deliver in your area (or the area of your gift subscription recipient), we won’t be able to work with you. We will send you or your gift subscription recipient an email when the subscription has shipped. You can find your order details and tracking information (when available) on the order history page in the account section of the website. If shipment of your order is delayed, we will notify you via email.
We'll Stay in Touch
As part of your subscription, we will send you emails advising you about our new product launches, information about your subscription, newsletters, special promotions, and general updates. You may opt out of promotional emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link found at the bottom of all emails that are primarily promotional in nature. So long as you maintain an account with Stance, however, even if you opt out of promotional emails, you will continue to receive emails about your subscription. Please see our Privacy Policy, located here, for information about how we use the information you provide us.
Your Payment Options and Obligations
We accept all major credit and debit cards. The card you provide will be used for all future purchases and charges, including your subscription renewals. Please keep a valid credit/debit card on file at all times, and do let us know if your personal information changes, such as your billing or shipping address. You agree that we may update your information with information your bank or credit card issuer may supply.
Please note that when navigating to update your payment information, you will be directed to a third party service to update this information. Please refer to our privacy policy for any questions.
If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies.
If we cannot process a charge to your card (for example, the card has expired or we cannot obtain authorization from your card issuer), then the system will pause your subscription for that month and you will receive an email notifying you to update your credit card in your account. Once your credit card information is updated, your subscription will resume the following month. We are not responsible for any fees or changes that your bank or credit/debit card issuer may apply.
If your credit card issuer reverses a charge to your credit card, we may cancel your subscription and suspend fulfillment of your subscription until payment is provided. Alternatively, we may also seek payment by another method through a mailed statement.
Arbitration
Stance is proud of its customer satisfaction ratings, and we work to avoid problems before they start. We are also committed to resolving disputes in a fair, fast, and cost-effective way. If you have any concerns, we prefer you attempt to resolve them first through our online customer service department email system at [email protected], and then through our customer service hotline at (888) 391-9020. If you are not satisfied with the resolution we provide, we agree to resolve the matter through Arbitration.
Gift Subscriptions
When your gift subscription ends, and you would like to continue receiving shipments, you can create a new personal subscription from within your account by visiting Subscription Info or Subscription. If you have any questions, please contact our support team at [email protected] or (888) 391-9020.
When you purchase a gift subscription, you are asked to provide your shipping address for processing purposes only. The address will not be used to ship product. Once the recipient redeems their gift subscription, they will be asked to provide their shipping address, which we will use to send them their shipments.
This is a system limitation and we apologize if it causes any confusion. If you have any questions, please contact our support team at [email protected] or (888) 391-9020 to have it updated.
There are men's socks, men's underwear, and women's socks subscription options. All three of these subscriptions come in three, six or twelve-month durations. All sock subscriptions come in two, three, and four-pair quantities. Underwear subscriptions come in one, two or three-pair quantities.
If the email address of the recipient is incorrect, please contact our support team at [email protected] or (888) 391-9020 to have it updated.
The gift subscription recipient will receive an email immediately following the completion of the gift purchase. Please allow twelve hours for the notification email delivery. If you would like the gift email to be sent on a specific date you may select that option when filling out the gift subscription information.
